CLP’s Partners and Stakeholders meet to validate its new Strategic Direction

On Wednesday, July 13, 2016, Community Life Project (CLP) organised a Stakeholders Validation Workshop as part of the process of developing a new 5-year Strategic Plan (2016 – 2020). In keeping with its practice of promoting inclusion and ownership, the validation workshop was attended by representatives of its ReclaimNaija Grassroots Partners, Government Agencies and Civil Society Organisations.

The workshop reviewed the draft strategic direction and programme areas for the next 5 years. The aim of this strategic plan process is to reposition and strengthen the capacity of CLP for more sustained impact.

Other activities that have been conducted so far as part of this process include the Board of Directors Retreat on the Strategy Process held on May 3, 2016 and the Strategic Plan Retreat comprising Staff and Board Members held on May 19, 2016.

This new strategic plan will be the 3rd Strategic plan of the organization.
